Weekends are Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights as well as statutory holidays

High Season is all long week-ends and runs June 22nd to September 7th 2024 (weekly bookings only run Saturday to Saturday)

Low Season is May 1st to June 24th & September 7th to April 30th (long week-ends excluded) Three day minimum bookings.

Check in is at 3Pm and check out is at 10Am.

There are additional charges for more than four people in a cottage and or if you have many guests attending the resort. Please check with us first. Same for approved pets and there may be an added cleaning fee of $50.00.

Our cottages sleep four comfortably and our affordable rates are based on this. The sofa bed can increase this to six but there is an extra charge to offset added costs. Extra person have an added cost per person of $50.00 per night or $250.00 per week.

Boat Rentals & Docking

All required safety equipment and normal amount of fuel is included for the fishing boats Boats to be returned full. .

*We can dock boats up to about 20 feet. Bigger boats should probably use the marina next door to us. Docking is $30 a day or $200 a week.
